While many Kenyans remain optimistic, stress levels are among the world’s highest, affecting mental health and quality of life.
Kenya achieved an overall vitality score of 79.4 with stability compared to the previous year.
Stress incidence among Kenyans is highest in the world, with 84% of respondents experiencing high levels of stress. Global is 71%.
Physical well-being improved significantly, with a score of 64%, up by 15 points compared to the previous year. Global is 44%.
The worst of all markets surveyed. Only 17% of Kenyans rate their financial well-being as positive. Global is 29%.
